Delivery
When you book and pay for a cabin, a room, a space for your own tent or a space for your own caravan or motorhome, you will be presented with a booking confirmation/contract from the campsite specifying the price of your purchase. The contract can be printed from the website after the booking has gone through successfully. We also send the booking confirmation to the email address you provided when you created the booking.
The product is considered to be delivered upon your arrival at the campsite (delivery ends on the day of departure). Both of these dates are stated in the above contract. The ordered product cannot be transferred to others or redeemed for cash.
